At Sheridan PC Doctor, we are all about caring for you and creating a relationship with you. We provide fast, friendly service at fair prices. We provide an array of computer and printer services from improving the speed of computers for individuals and businesses as well as helpings businesses innovate their operations. If your computers and printers are not working well, call us, and we will get them working. We offer a discount to people 55 and over.

Residential Clients

We help you by speeding up your computer, cleaning malware and viruses from your computer, or help you with your email issues, to name just a few things. Within the Sheridan local area, you can schedule an appointment for us to come to your home for no extra charge. We evaluate your computer status and tell you if your computer is worth saving. If it is not worth saving, we will help you determine what type of computer to purchase next. This takes the guess work out of what type of computer to purchase. When we talk with you about your computer needs, we communicate at your level and speed. We stay away from computer jargon. The average cost of computer maintenance is between $40 to $160 plus tax (6%). There may be times it is more, but we do everything we can to keep the cost down, and again we have a discount for people 55 and over.

Business Clients

We understand how important it is to get your business up and running if your technology goes down. Technology, (computers, printers, networks, etc...) are very important to keeping your business up and running. In addition, regular maintenance is important to ensuring your business will not go down. Regularly backing up your computer files is equally important. We can perform regular maintenance and give you recommendations that will help you run your business with the right technology.

At one point, a local business needed to print something, and it needed to be at their accountant the next morning by 8:00AM. They had been trying to print all day, but their printer would not print with their laptop. They called another computer service company who wanted them to bring the laptop and printer to their shop, which this business did, and the computer service company fixed the issue at the computer service company’s shop. When the laptop and printer went back to the business, it did not work. Finally, at 6:30PM they called us. We immediately responded to the business and fixed the printing issue by 7:00PM. While we were fixing the printing issue, we discovered major high risk technology business issues – No computer backup, no virus protection, and no ransomware protection. We offered to assist in fixing these issues as well. Currently, they use us for their computer issues and computer maintenance. Technology wise, their business was at a high risk of losing everything. Now they are at low risk, and it did not cost them as much as what they were paying the other computer service company.

Today they have one less thing to be concerned about, we have another satisfied client, and we are good friends.
